- What shipping options do you offer?
- We offer POSLaju delivery and local pickup for Brunei orders. Meanwhile, for international orders, we use EMS Speedpost. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. [Currency shown is in Brunei Dollar (BND$)]
- Local pickup at Kg Kulapis – FREE
- POSLaju – $3 for Brunei-Muara District, $4 for other districts.
- EMS Speedpost to Malaysia & Singapore- $14 for orders up to 1kg. Every extra 500g will cost an additional $2.
- You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen. Delivery within Brunei typically takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping may takes 1-3 weeks.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, though we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will assist you.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped.
Payment FAQs
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept BIBD bank transfer, Pocket, and Mastercard/Visa credit or debit cards.
- What is the currency used for payment?
- Despite the site having currency converter feature, the checkout page will display the price in Brunei Dollar (BND$) and the payment will also be processed in Brunei Dollar (BND$).
- Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
- Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. Besides, we use Pocket Payment Gateway to process payment with cards where you will be directed to their payment page after checkout. Pocket is a payment gateway by ThreeG Media Sdn Bhd, a payment system operator approved by Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) effective 1st March 2023 (License no. PS-001).
- Can I pay with multiple payment methods?
- Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. Please choose the most convenient option for you at checkout.
- Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
- We do not offer payment plans or financing options at this time. Full payment is required at checkout.
- I want to use BIBD bank transfer method, what should I do?
- If you wish to use BIBD bank transfer, you need to transfer the full payment to Aleaf Apparel BIBD account – [00-001-01-0174483] via the BIBD Mobile app or CDM. Screenshot the ‘transaction successful’ screen for proof of payment, or if you using CDM take a picture of the deposit slip. Send the proof of payment to Aleaf Apparel Whatsapp at +6738186420 or email support@aleafapparel.com together with your order number. Your order will only be processed after you settle all of the payments.
- What should I do if my payment is declined?
- If your payment is declined, please check your payment details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
- Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
- Yes, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- How do I request a refund?
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your request as soon as possible.
